Teachers suspend planned strike

Teachers in England are to suspend a planned national strike once ministers agreed to discuss the dispute. 

2 of the most important teaching unions, the National Union of Teachers and also the NASUWT, had planned to stage a one-day walkout prior to Christmas in the line above pay back, pensions and conditions.

Performance-related pay
